There are no returns or refunds accepted, but continue reading here or on the FAQs page for any other issues with your order. You can always contact us for any return question at madeitmikayla@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must provide photo and/or video proof of damage.

Replacements

Your order may be eligible for a replacement package if: you did not receive your order after two months or your items are damaged (follow Damages and Issues instructions).

Refunds

There are no refunds available as this is a small business, especially for digital products. Please read product descriptions before purchasing and make sure your cart and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
