Shipping policy

Get Free Shipping and tracking for all orders $100 and over (U.S. only). Sticker-only orders or orders under 1 oz may be shipped with a forever stamp, which does not come with tracking. Orders that include a shipping label will include tracking. You may choose what shipping you'd like at checkout. If you're having trouble checking out or are only offered extremely unreasonable prices for shipping, please contact me so I can get you the lowest shipping price manually (Shopify has strange shipping settings that I cannot figure out fully).

I ship out all orders asap, which is usually 1 business day after you place your order. Depending on life events, I can also take up to 5 business days. Keep in mind that I make my products on demand and do not keep much/any inventory (I strongly advocate for less/no waste).

Tucsonans can get local delivery with code LOCAL. We will drop off your order to your shipping address directly and most of the time same-day so you can get your order super fast and save on shipping costs.

Once I have shipped out your order, I have no control over how long it takes for the post office to deliver it, or if it gets lost, delayed, or damaged. There are no returns or refunds. If you have not received your order after two months, you can reach out about a replacement order or other solution. I have not had any complaints or issues so far, but on the rare chance, please check out the FAQs page or reach out to me if you have any issues with your order.
